Fire Star Gymnastics Recreational Programs
The Fire Star Gymnastics Recreational Gymnastics Program uses a progressive approach to teach your young or beginning gymnast basic skills on floor, beam, and tumble-mats. Skills are taught in a natural progression, starting with very basic gymnastics skills in the Twinkles class and moving to more complex skills in the Sparks class based on your child's natural desire and ability to progress. Gymnasts are evaluated prior to moving on to the next session or group.

SHOW TEAM GYMNASTICS PROGRAMS
Fire Star Gymnastics Show Team Programs
The Fire Star Gymnastics Show Team Programs are designed around the intermediate to advanced gymnasts and focus on building gymnastics skills in a fun team environment. Students in the Show Team Programs will learn advance their gymnastics skills while also practicing for local shows and performances including our popular spring gymnastics show. The Show Team Gymnastics program requires a seasonal commitment from October through April as student will learn show specific skills and choreography throughout the season in preparation for shows, performances, and events.
